Hey guys im a practioner of the martial arts called wing chun , what should i buy? Like what type of gloves , training dummies , training stuff do i need? what stuff can increase reflexes , thanx for the list dudes
Are you training at a Wing Chun school, because your instructor should be the one your asking this ??? of. Google Wing Chun. Lots of stuff to help. Century has been making gear forever. The only thing that will increase your reflexes is practice. Try harder each time when you snap a punch or kick and the speed will come.
U might as well buy a dil do and shove it up your a ss for taking something as gay as that
